What that means is if someone were to bid in the final 60 seconds, the closing time will extend 2 minutes, until no further bids are placed. - We have the grain bins and racking linked to the real estate, so if there is a bid on one, it will extend them all. - The successful buyer of the real estate will be required to put a 10% non-refundable deposit, of the total invoice amount, immediately after the close of the auction. Post Sale - Possession of the land will be June 4, 2021 - Removal of the bins and racking must be done before June 3, 2021
