**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO BIDDING** 1) There is a 15% buyer's premium in effect for this auction, applied to the hammer price. Please factor this into your bidding as it pertains to your specific financial arrangements. We understand this number seems high, however please consider the following: We are not charging commission to the seller on this sale, meaning our only revenue is coming from the buyer's premium. We are covering all realtor fees on both sides of the transaction. We are covering all platform fees, payment processing fees, advertising costs, and additional wages for sale set up. If you have questions about the buyer's premium, please email cody@premierauctions.ca. 2) In order to bid, you must sign a Customer Disclosure Agreement. We will send you the agreement via email for electronic signature. Once you have signed, you will be approved to bid. If you haven't received the agreement, please email adam@premierauctions.ca. 3) If you are the successful bidder, a non-refundable 10% deposit of the invoice total must be paid immediately after the auction. Payment must be made in certified funds or through a wire transfer. 4) The remaining balance (less deposit) must be paid in full by end of business June 4, 2021. 5) GST is applicable on the purchase price. 6) Viewing will take place on Monday, May 17, from 10am - 5pm.
